We know how exciting it is when something adorable is on its way for your little one — so we want to make sure it gets to you as quickly and safely as possible! Here is everything you need to know about how we ship. 🚚

As a dropshipping store all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. We remain fully responsible for your experience from the moment you order to the moment it arrives. 💛

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 📦

2. Delivery times

These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and any carrier delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience! 🙏

3. Shipping costs

  • 🎉 Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30

  • Standard UK delivery below £30 — small flat rate calculated at checkout

  • International shipping — calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight

4. Order tracking 📍

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order please email us at meikle83@hotmail.com and we will look into it straight away! 💛

5. Split shipments

As we work with multiple supplier partners some orders may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. If this applies to your order you will receive individual tracking information for each package. You will never be charged extra shipping for split deliveries. 📦📦

6. Customs and import duties 🌍

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.

We have no control over customs charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have any concerns.

7. Delays ⏳

Occasionally delays can happen due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing — especially around busy periods like Christmas. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window please allow a few extra days before getting in touch.

If your order is still missing 30 days after the dispatch date please email us at meikle83@hotmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. 💛

8. Lost or damaged orders 😢

We are so sorry if your order arrives damaged or goes missing — that is the last thing we want! Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage where possible

Email us at meikle83@hotmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund straight away. No fuss, no stress. 💕

9. Incorrect address 📬

Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you spot a mistake right after ordering please email us immediately at meikle83@hotmail.com and we will do our very best to update it before your order is dispatched. ⚡
