Tots N Tales is a UK-based baby and toddler clothing, accessories, and toys store founded by Aaron Meikle. We are a dropshipping store — meaning products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your shopping experience from order to delivery.

2. Eligibility

By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our products are intended for babies and toddlers — all purchases must be made by an adult.

3. Our products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing guides, age recommendations, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However as a dropshipping store some product content is provided by our suppliers and may occasionally differ slightly from the physical item received.

• Sizing is based on age guidelines — please refer to the size guide on each product page

• Age recommendations on toys and clothing are provided as guidance only

• We reserve the right to remove, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without notice

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely — we never store your card details.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before processing and offer the option of paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.

5. Orders and fulfilment

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Please note this is an acknowledgement of your order and not a guarantee of fulfilment. In rare cases a product may be out of stock with our supplier — if this happens we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates — please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and customs information are set out in our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you agree to the terms in our Shipping Policy.

Tots N Tales is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Unworn and unwashed clothing with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos

• Opened toys and accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

8. Product safety

All products sold at Tots N Tales are intended to meet UK safety standards for babies and toddlers. However please always:

• Check age recommendations before purchasing toys and accessories

• Supervise young children when using any toy or wearing any clothing

• Follow all care and safety instructions included with the product

• Keep small parts and accessories away from children under 3 years unless the product is specifically designed for that age group

• Discontinue use of any product that appears damaged

Tots N Tales accepts no liability for injury or harm resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Intellectual property

All content on totsntales.shop including our logo, brand name, product descriptions, photography, and site design is the property of Tots N Tales and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Product images provided by suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Tots N Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
